“The E-recruitment system covering from job posting, shortlisting of candidates based on evaluation exam to take online exam will reduce time and hassle of job applications and result processing and increase exam management quality,” said Rezaul Karim.

He said the employers can conduct evaluation test of jobseekers with a provision of automated result processing using BCC’s e-recruitment system.

According to BCC, 70,000 jobseekers recently filed applications for some posts of Tathya Apa project of Jatiya Mahila Sangstha were processed from online receiving of applications to delivery of admit cards through e-mail using the BCC’s E-recruitment system platform.
